Lemongrass is a tropical perennial plant which yields aromatic oil. The name lemongrass is derived from the typical lemon-like odor of the essential oil present in the shoot.
It is said you can bruise the leaves and inhale its aroma to relieve stress.
Kaffir lime leaves are used in Thai, Lao and Cambodian cuisine in soups, curry pastes and stir fries.
