Honey-Raspberry Wine with Natural Flavors
We love staying true to our Texas roots - and there's nothing more Texan than a cold glass of sweet tea! We've developed honey-wines inspired by our favorite sweet tea flavors, and named after Texas towns close to our hearts.
This refreshing raspberry tea metheglin is named after Cypress, TX. Cypress is where we saw our beginnings as small beekeepers and homebrewers.
Since our beginning, we've raised dozens of hives and served raw honey to thousands of Cypress locals throughout the years.
We produce mead from Texas wildflower honey and specific varietal honey. Our meads range from dry to sweet. We produce traditional meads, melomels with fruit, bochets using caramelized honey, and metheglins that include herbs and spices.
