We aged our Lot 3 of The Honeymoon on oak for a more refined finish. Only available for Club Members.
This semi-dry mead is best served at room temperature or chilled.
We produce mead from Texas wildflower honey and specific varietal honey. Our meads range from dry to sweet. We produce traditional meads, melomels with fruit, bochets using caramelized honey, and metheglins that include herbs and spices.
