Who can resist the rich flavor of butterscotch? This creation joins the flavor of butterscotch with our own honey. This sweet wine is very honey forward and finishes with the rich notes of cartelized sugar, buttery cream, and a tiny hint of vanilla. Smooth and delicious.

Misty Mountain is now the oldest operating Meadery in Virginia. Our Meadmaker, Richard, is very experienced, beginning creations of Meads in 1983. Decades later our friends persuaded us to start a commercial Meadery. And here we are.
Our Meads are very much about the honey. Any natural additives are used judiciously to enhance the honey characteristics. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
