To make this seasons Blackberry & Honey, we started with an early harvest light wildflower honey. Then we added fresh hand picked Blackberries to the honey. (The Blackberries were late this season!) The complex honey character of this wine is enhanced by the slight sweetness of the berries but is balanced wonderfully by the tart Blackberry finish. Enjoy slightly chilled or even over ice.
