Off-Dry mead with Montmorency tart cherries, aged on light toasted American oak.
This is the dark side of cherry. With a bold tart Montmorency cherry flavor, light honey, and dark chocolate oakiness across the palate, this crisp cherry nose finishes with a bold warmth for a full flavored, highly palatable wine that does not oversaturate with cherry sweetness. It is not the normal cheery cherry beverage that you are used to!
