This aromatic, wild-fermented semi-sweet mead is crafted in small batches from only two ingredients: wildflower honey produced in pristine Homer, Alaska; and pure Alaskan water. Alaskan honeys tend to be lighter in color and more delicate in flavor than those produced in warmer climates, and our Wildflower Honey mead reflects that, with floral and mineral notes and a color ranging from glacial silt grey to straw, depending on the batch.
