Our "standard" style mead, with no added ingredients, boasts the raspberry blossom honey varietal sourced from an apiary located in central NY. We specialize in lighter mead, compared to old-school style mead, but with variety in flavor and depth, handcrafted with all-pure honey and other ingredients mostly cultivated from the local region and state of New York.
