This special batch has been carefully crafted with all-pure honeysuckle honey and slowly aged in bourbon barrels specifically selected from our favorite local producer of spirits, Taconic Distillery. Just like our friends at Taconic, we have an affinity for dogs. This label has been designed in honor of our own little doggy mascot, Mazer. We raise our glass and cheers to you, as well as to your favorite furry friend!
20% of all sales of this mead will be contributed to HeARTsSpeak, a wonderful local non-profit that works nationally to increase awareness of shelter animals through art.

Slate Point Meadery is a small batch craft mead producer located on Main Street in Poughkeepsie NY. We specialize in lighter mead, compared to old-school style mead, but with variety in flavor and depth, handcrafted with all-pure honey and other ingredients mostly cultivated from the local region and state of New York.
