This classic-style craft mead showcases the hard-working pollinators of some of our region’s finest apiaries. We use local honey and Berkeley Spring’s spring water to deliver a mead that’s not overly sweet, refined in flavor, carbonated and crisp. The light carbonation allows you to sense the different aroma notes of the honey we use, and gives you a tasty beverage that can both be enjoyed on a hot day over ice, or straight from the can in the heat of battle. Truly, a beverage so expansive it welcomely bears the name of the world serpent himself.
Our craft meads are 6.9% ABV and are much less sweet and heavy than traditional honey wine, resulting in an enjoyable drink that won’t send you out on your shield.
