It is with reverence to Gullinbursti’s spirit that we crafted a mead in his honor. We use local honey and Berkeley Spring’s spring water to deliver a mead that’s not overly sweet, refined in flavor, carbonated and crisp. Lush strawberries and velvety vanilla will swarm your senses upon first tasting this alluring mead. Only Norse Hall can capture the intense flavors that you will experience with each bountiful drop.
Our craft meads are 6.9% ABV and are much less sweet and heavy than traditional honey wine, resulting in an enjoyable drink that won't have you missing the sailing of the longboats!
