High Oak Orange Blossom Mead is a crisp & refreshing dry wine aged on American Oak. The wine is full of floral aromas and oak with a creamy vanilla body with notes of orange zest that finishes with lingering notes of oak.
Try paired with mild fish such as flounder or tilapia. To highlight the floral notes, try with a nutty dish such as Thai peanut noodles.
For a charcuterie board, try manchego or havarti with dates and sopressata.
Having a focus on traditional meads, Martin Brothers Winery utilizes modern day winemaking practices to bring out, and enhance the varietal character of each honey harvest that each beekeeper and their bees worked so painstakingly to collect from each individual harvest.
