Kindred Mead is a dry mead made from clover and wildflower honey which is then aged in oak barrels. "Kindred" is the old norse word for "family" and this mead has been a favorite of our family for years inspired by our Viking heritage. Our honey is sourced locally from along the Sheyenne River Valley and serves as a testament to the high quality honey produced in North Dakota, the greatest producer of honey in the nation.
