Apricots crop well in our corner of paradise only once every 3-5 years. When spring frosts spare the blooms, the harvest is short and deliciously sweet.
Try our fruit-forward beverage with spiced nuts and smoked cheeses, or to accompany rich, creamy cheesecake. Or break all the rules, and serve as an aperitif with jalapeno poppers or buffalo wings. Life is short, drink dessert first!
We opened our doors in April 2021 as Utah’s first orchard based cidery. We are located at 7000’ in the heart of Utah’s red rock country near Capitol Reef National Park. We planted the first of 500 cider and heritage apple trees in 2012 and now grow over 90 apple cultivars. We produce small batches of award-winning ciders, meads and more.
