Raspise is our traditional raspberry melomel mead or also known as a rubamel. This delightful batch was made with Mango Tropical Mix Honey and raspberries. The medieval latin term "raspise" was defined as "a sweet wine; also, rose-colored wine", and so we found the name befitting. Fruity raspberry and sweet honey on the nose, smooth and honey notes throughout. Finishes semi-sweet.
