Our newst batch of ToffeeScotch is robust yet smooth, and made from local raw, unfiltered wild alfalfa and buckwheat honey that has been caramelized and aged on French Oak with Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla Beans. Sweet caramel and honey on the nose with creamy vanilla, caramel, toffee and notes of butterscotch on the palate. Finishes semi-sweet. ABV 14%. Great for a night cap or for sipping by a firepit/fireplace with good friends and family. Cheers!
