Maple water
Blackberry Blossom Honey
Local Wildflower Honey
Estate blackberry blossom and local honey dances on a maple stage. Semi dry/sweet, creamy, juicy fruit, tropical tones, light vanilla nose, light acidity and rippling finish.
Maple water from our farm is collected in the Spring and boiled down to just the right consistency to set the stage for the honey to perform harmonious melodies.
We then add our own honey, composed of blackberry blossom from our estate grown blackberries, black locust, and goldenrod, among other local nectar sources, and supplemented with local wild flower honey.
