No water added, 100% estate grown blackberries, hand picked at peak ripeness and sorted for superior quality. Local honey added to crushed berries to ferment before pressing, lends jammin’ blackberry and plum notes, bold and round, lengthy sweet tannins, with a medium-full mouthfeel.

4 Mile Wine Co. was created by husband and wife duo Ben and Holly Studer and is located in the historic community Camp Springs, KY (20 minute south of Cincinnati, OH). We hand craft delicious, mouth watering meads (honey wine) and country wines (fruit wines) made only from whole fruits, raw honey and some cases cane sugar - no purees, no juices, no syrups.
We make our meads more like fine wine, mostly dry, but balanced with perceived sweetness.
