Blackberries, Black Raspberries, and Black Currants combined with an award winning hyper local honey. This honey was sourced from the Little Econlockhatchee River 6 miles from the meadery by J&P Apiary! It's late spring harvest makes it mostly Gallberry with some Palmetto, giving it a rich fruity flavor that paired perfectly with the berries.
The final result is luscious and jammy, the acid and tannins from the dark berries are balanced perfectly by the honey.
