We specialize in the making of fruit wines and mead. As much as possible we use local fruit and honey in the making of our wine. We do not use "filler" - grape wine with fruit juice sold as fruit wine. Our fruit wine is fruit from start to finish. Each batch of our wine is handcrafted with love and care.
