Our mead is made in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountain National Park in Graham County, the last truly dry county in North Carolina. Being beekeepers allows us access to some of the most incredible honey and our meads receive only the best. This traditional mead is made with our local Appalachian Mountain honey in an attempt to capture the subtle and unique qualities of the region. It has a good deal of honey flavor and implied sweetness although remaining dry. Lightly carbonated and best served cold. Strong enough to warm you on the way down, but smooth enough to leave you wanting more. Gluten Free.
