Welcome to Valkyrie’s Kiss Meadery, New Braunfels’ first craft meadery, proudly veteran-owned and rooted in the heart of Texas. Established in 2023 by U.S. Army veteran with 10 years of service, Valkyrie’s Kiss was born from a passion for tradition, quality, and honoring the warrior spirit.

Our Story:
Our mead is inspired by Norse mythology and the fierce Valkyrie's, led by the goddess Freyja, who carried the bravest souls to Valhalla. Our logo, the silhouette of Freyja herself, symbolizes the eternal balance of love, war, and sacrifice. Every bottle of Valkyrie’s Kiss is a tribute to that legacy—and a personal homage to the fallen brothers-in-arms that were lost along the way. It’s a salute to the modern heroes who lived with courage, served with honor, and are forever remembered.

What's our craft?
We specialize in premium, clean, crisp, and naturally crafted meads made with the finest Texas wildflower honey and no artificial additives or fillers. Our small-batch meads are health-conscious and minimally processed, with only 10–50 ppm of sulfites (as legally required) and absolutely no added tannins. The result? A pure, vibrant mead that’s as real as the story behind it.

After three years of refining our process, Valkyrie’s Kiss now proudly offers meads that are as bold and beautiful as the Lone Star State itself. From dry to sweet, every flavor is crafted with purpose, passion, and a connection to the land and community.
