Experience a combination of Flavors: Take Home Tasting Room #4 with 4 different flavors, one bottle of Sweet Mead and one bottle of Semi Sweet Mead for each flabor.n – This collection contains 4 different flavors of our Meads: Pomegranate, Plum Lemon, Fig Lemon and Lemon Lime. One bottle of Sweet Mead and one bottle of Semi Sweet Mead for each Flavors.
All our meads are made with fresh fruits and Arizona honey. We grow most of our fruits that we use in our meads. We are a California Certified Fruit Producer. The fruits are added at the beginning of the process so the flavor is more subtle. There are no chemicals added to enhance the flavors.
The sweet meads have extra honey added to make them really sweet with an alcohol content of approx. 12%. The semi sweet meads are dryer and have a higher alcohol content.
Mead can be served chilled or at room temperature. Me, I like the sweet meads chilled or served over ice. Also they are good over ice cream.
