Our Dry mead is made with our proprietary blend of honey. It has an extraordinary light honey flavor with subdued floral notes and mild flavors of lemongrass and toffee. Enjoy this mead in place of a nice glass of dry white wine.
Texas Mead Works is a boutique meadery located in Seguin, Texas. We are not far from San Antonio, Austin, New Braunfels, and San Marcos in the beautiful Guadalupe River valley. Mead is made by fermenting honey mixed with water and is considered the oldest known alcoholic beverage. We produce quality mead using only the finest honey.
