Our version of the renaissance era sweet mead. It is made from a blend of Clover, Orange Blossom, Wild Flower, and Yopan honey in just the right proportions and aged in small French oak barrels. It has a distinctive honey and vanilla taste with lots of aroma. Collect the bottles with their ever changing artwork.
Texas Mead Works is a boutique meadery located in Seguin, Texas. We are not far from San Antonio, Austin, New Braunfels, and San Marcos in the beautiful Guadalupe River valley. Mead is made by fermenting honey mixed with water and is considered the oldest known alcoholic beverage. We produce quality mead using only the finest honey.
