An off-dry, medium bodied, still wine style mead, made with orange blossom honey, sold in 750ml bottles. Essence of citrus fruit is prominent on the nose. A touch of orange, and floral notes fill out this mead.
Pairs well with curry, asian food, spicy chili, and vanilla ice cream.
Small, hand made Meadery. We use all Colorado ingredients. Our Honey is ethically sourced.
