Shertbriar Meadery is an Urban Meadery located in the City of Rochester, New York. We are dedicated mead makers creating small batch traditional meads from exceptional honey from local beekeepers in Upstate NY. Our meads are a fresh alternative to the "commercial offerings" that often contain concentrates, artificial flavors, food coloring and chemicals. Our meads take many months to slowly ferment to bring out the natural properties and goodness of the honey. Mead is the oldest drink known to mankind and we hope to reintroduce it back to people who have never experienced this fine drink of the Gods.
