Often frowned upon as an "invasive," that doesn't seem to bother the honeybees. Knotweed is an important source of fall forage for bees, and we are grateful that it also makes a delightful mead.
This delightfully rich and complex mead took a 2nd place ribbon in the Dry Tradtionals category at the 2022 Valkyries Horn Mead Competition.
