A sweet wine made by cofermenting Merlot grapes & Wildflower honey in a full cluster ferment on the native yeasts then barrel aging in brandy & red wine barrels and reblending prior to bottling. It tastes of dark chocolate and black cherries with sweet honey notes and rich balancing tannins.
We are a regional cider & mead maker located in San Diego County, Ca. We use 100% locally grown and produced, in San Diego County, fruit and honey. We also use natural fermentation in the production of our ciders.
