Estate-grown Chambourcin grapes aged in Woodford Reserve Kentucky bourbon barrels. The barrels lend the toasty vanilla flavor to the nose along with the traditional herbaceous notes associated with Chambourcin grapes. The palate is plush and lingering with the taste of red fruit, mocha and a velvety raspberry finish.

Pecan Creek Winery is a nine-year-old, Oklahoma winery producing 1,000 cases per year. Our dry wines win international awards in San Francisco, Dallas, and New York. We grow our own estate grapes and purchase some varietals from a grower who is also in the Ozark Mountain AVA. Everything we produce is grown locally. We have off-dry wines and a few sweet wines that are well-balanced and low alcohol.
Our wines have the terroir of the Midwest. Growing grapes and winemaking in this part of the country is not easy but the results are worth the effort. Our wines are distinctive and pair well with food. Try some and you will be pleasantly surprised.
