The Palouse region of eastern Washington State is famous for its wheat and for its wild blue elderberries (Sambucus Cerulea). Growing up in Columbia County hunting and fishing I spent many late fall picking these tasty fruits with my family and making them into jellies and syrup and now wine. The elderberries in this wine were hand-picked and processed using our exclusive proprietary method. The juice is then fermented in small batches and aged on American Oak for a minimum of five years. This full-bodied fortified sweet wine is perfect for after dinner socializing with friends and family.
