Full of flavor and wonderful complexity thanks to a massive 10 pounds per gallon of Strawberry and Calamansi Lime. A bit of subtle Banana helps round out the balance to a flawless level. BUT WAIT, there's more! BloodMoon stuck the impressive concoction into a freshly emptied Rye Whiskey Barrel for exactly the right amount of time.
We topped the whole thing with a gold wax hat just to make clear how special this Mead really is.
We are a small Meadery located in beautiful Tukwila Washington. We call ourselves a Meadery rather than a Winery because we specialize in the production of honey based wine. This "honey based wine" is generally referred to as Mead. The only thing better than Mead's fascinating history is the wonderful flavors you'll discover in each bottle!
