We are proud to offer a selection of dry peasant-style meads, melomels (meads with fruit), and methyglyns (meads with herbs or spices). Using all West Virginia Honey, including some from our own apiary by the Monongahela River, we focus on simple top quality ingredients treated with respect and blended by hand with love. Our meads are unsulfited, produced without the use of chemical additives, and made with gluten free yeast. They are all fermented in small batch glassware to preserve the nuances of flavor. Bottled in cobalt blue hock bottles and corked with first quality natural Mediterranean cork, they are a treat for all of the senses.
