Melomel made with black currants, black raspberries, red raspberries, blueberries, and apples. Using local wildflower honey from Dexter Michigan.
Notes from Jeff:
Polyrhythmic is a rhythm which makes use of two or more different rhythms simultaneously.
Music has always been a huge passion of mine since my childhood.
I've consistently drawn inspiration directly from the music I know and love. And I've always said I have an ear for music. 😁
Notes from Karl:
This mead is extra jammy. All these fruits combine to make an exciting excursion of a drinking experience. As you let all the fruit flavors travel through your mouth, it's almost like you're on the fruit farm, biting into each individual berry with every sip.
As the smooth and soft blueberry starts you off, you'll then find yourself hitting cruise control riding out the middle section with the black and red raspberries. You think to yourself, these tannins are very nice. Kinda sweet, kinda dry at the same time. Then POW!! The super tart black currants hit you right in the face, as you give a small pucker in the mouth. and smile to yourself thinking, yea baby. As you think back upon your mead journey you then realize how the apple was almost like the glue, binding everything together in pure harmony.
Fruity, honey, magical harmony. A perfect complexity of a Polyrhythmic melody.
