Traditional mead made with avocado blossom honey and aged in a peated scotch barrel for 17 months. Notes of charred marshmallow, overripe banana, caramel and smoked apricot. This is a sweet, luscious sipping mead with a subtly boozy scotch finish. The peat comes and goes as you slowly make your way through a glass, yet always no more than a background note. Pair this mead with a smoky summer BBQ or a nice cigar.
