This mead is a metheglin made with sea salt and vanilla beans and aged in a barrel soaked in the Florida Bay. The name is based on a book written by the young lady who came up with the formula, call us if you have any questions about her book.
We produce and sell only our own mead, a beverage fermented from honey.
