Our 2021 Prairie Star celebrates the pioneering spirit of Midwestern viticulture, featuring a uniquely cold-hardy variety that thrives in Kansas' challenging climate. Crafted from grapes grown at Elder Statesman Vineyards, this elegant white wine captures the essence of our Kansas prairies. Named after Star Prairie, Wisconsin, a town near where renowned grape breeder Elmer Swenson was from, our Prairie Star represents both resilience and refinement.
