Semi-sweet with a sinister tart. We make this with fresh pressed apple cider from an orchard just down the road. Honeybees pollinate the apples, we harvest the honey from those same honeybees, the apples are pressed, and voila, cyser. Try slightly chilled with soft cheeses.
