For the more traditional wine drinker, we offer a nice dry Rose’ made from a French hybrid grape, the Mar’echel Foch. It has a crisp acidity with notes of strawberry and pairs well with pork chops, fresh fruit or salad. We did not produce this one (we make all of our fruit wines and meads) but wanted to add another choice to our line up. Its a great sipping wine to enjoy by the glass and also pairs well with a nice charcuterie board. It's a delicious wine and you can't beat the price but we are going to stick with what we've always made instead of branching out in a traditional direction.
