This off-dry bright bodied mead combines the spritely acidity of black hawthorn berry with the sweet-savory spice of holy basil. 12% ABV, 375ML.
Drawing from research into the oldest-yet alcoholic beverage from China, this mead combines the cidery acidity of hawthorn berry with the sweet-savory spice of holy basil. The results have a complex, enticing nose with hints of clove and basil combined with the indescribable hawthorn. Bright body with spritely acidity and lingering finish. 12.2% ABV 750ML
