Dry mead with Pacific Northwest Douglas fir resin added. Made with Washington wildflower honey. Crisp with a slowly unfolding, delicate coniferous body. This mead is inspired by the Retsinas of Greece but puts a distinctly modern, Cascadian twist on the classic. Expect a mead that will cut through buttery, sweet dishes such as crab.
