Sweet Pomegranate & Vanilla Mead, aged on Brazilian Amburana Oak.
You might find her in the forest communing with the pines or deep in a swamp with pond cypress. The flora and fauna are her friends, her home, her heart. Some call her “witch” or “enchantress”, others “Queen of the Fae Folk” or “Priestess of Avalon”. Notoriously enigmatic, she is known of by many, yet truly known by precious few. She is the embodiment of duality, darkness and light in equal parts, for she knows that both are essential to universal balance. She is the beguiling Morgana le Faye and this “faerie wine” is her gift to you.
Come ye wayward souls, the misfits, the creators, the daring dreamers, with hearts afire…Enter the Hollow.
Never having been fans of the “subtle”, we’ve set out to create meads that are as bold, daring, and imaginative as the people in our lives who inspire us to embrace our artistic side.
All of our meads are made in small batches, using fresh, hand-picked fruit from local Michigan farms and Michigan honey.
