Our collaboration with More Brewing in Chicago. SBVL features Orange Blossom honey that’s just oozing citrusy character. Some lactose for creaminess; along with a nearly a full ton of domestic strawberries, fresh Costa Rican bananas and dried banana chips.
We kept it wild with a mixed culture of Saccharomyces and non-Saccharomyces strains and then finished it on Madagascar vanilla beans. All the flavors play harmoniously here. We’re really pleased with how it came together.
