Traminette is a unique hybrid of Gewurztraminer created by Joannes Seyve in the 1960s. It expresses its Gewurz parentage with noticeable floral attributes. Our 2022 Traminette sees a unique trio of macerations: part of the fruit is pressed directly, while the remainder soaks on the skins for two to seven days. This unique treatment give more intensely focused floral qualities along with a more nuanced texture.
