The Ozark Mountain Chambourcin is our regional expression of the historic hybrid winegrape. Taken from multiple sites across the southern half of Missorui, this showcases the unique characters that Chambourcin can offer when left to express itself without manipulation. Candied cherry, violet, walnut, and traces of graphite and cedar lead into a texture with a touch of raspberry pop rocks. This Loire-inspired wine is best served slightly chilled with barbecue, grilled meat, or game.
