Crafted from heirloom apple varieties and ruby red rhubarb, this savory cider is semisweet with just the right balance of sweetness and rhubarb twang.
All fruit organically grown on our farm and other small farms on Washington's Olympic Peninsula. Rhubarb Cider is our most popular cider in our Tasting Room.
Notes
It takes a lot of rhubarb for this cider. We grow our own ruby red rhubarb and buy rhubarb from other small farms in the area. We blend it with our freshly pressed heirloom apple juice before fermenting and sweeten with juice.

We are a craft producer of hard ciders, fruit meads, red wines, and dessert wines. Whenever possible we source organically grown fruit and use natural winemaking practices with minimal sulfites. All of the fruit in our ciders are locally grown at our farm or other small farms on the Olympic Peninsula.
