This dwojniak style mead has flavor and an intense honey aroma. Based on mellow honey nectar, it is produced from honey mash with a proportion of one part honey to one part water, with natural cherry flavor added. Several years of maturation provides it with a unique taste and aroma. Drink at room temperature or slightly chilled. Best served as an after dinner drink or paired with heavier foods, such as stews, roast pork or duck, and liver.
