We took our Raspberry mead, boosted the sweet and added some heat.
A pairing of Aji Amarillo and Wiri Wiri chili peppers was carefully selected to provide the onset, fullness, and intensity of heat we were looking for in order to compliment the sweet raspberry backbone of this mead.
