Finished with three kinds of vanilla beans (Madagascar bourbon, Tahitian, and Ugandan) toasted coconut, and raw organic coconut. The resulting mead tastes like banana coconut cream pie, leaning heavily on the raw coconut flavor. This one is pretty sweet, but we think it's just right for a dessert-type mead!
