Made with local Honey, Hawthorn berries, Blueberries, Cacao, Ginger and Cayenne. Taste is bold and intense, revitalizing and energizing, finishes light with a hint of honey and spice. These ingredients are reported to be the top support for a strong, healthy and compassionate heart. This mead pairs nicely with anything creamy, sweet or savory. Consider mildly spiced lamb served with couscous or raspberry cheesecake! Enjoy chilled or mix into a Heart centered cocktail with tequila or rum. This mead is sure to ignite courageous passion and sweet vulnerability.
Addison Farms Vineyard is a family owned and operated vineyard, winery, and tasting room. We are located in the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains, 17 miles northwest of Asheville, NC. Our 2282' elevation allows for nearly 360° of mountain views, with well-drained land for optimal vine health.
In our vineyard today, we are growing: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Petit Verdot, and Petit Manseng. We also source fruit from other NC growers. Today, that fruit includes Tempranillo, Chambourcin, and Barbera from our grower partners.
All of our wines are made right here in our winery by us.
